I felt lucky with the room's stunning view and the quick assistance from the staff when we encountered an issue with water leaking. The in-pool bar nearby did make for some noisy moments during the day, but the hope of getting a better room kept our spirits up.

Noel, the front desk Manager, was accommodating when we expressed our concerns about the room condition. Although we ended up in a basement room with no view, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome.

Being right on Medano Beach was a dream, with easy access to beach activities and nearby restaurants like The Office and Edith's. Senior Luis, the resort's lifeguard, went above and beyond to assist us with a smile.

My stay at the hotel was incredible! The rooms were huge and beautiful, with two huge decks offering stunning views of the pool area and the ocean. The maid service was on point, coming twice daily to keep everything pristine. On the downside, there was a slight issue with a bad smell coming from the alley below, which was a bit unpleasant.

Though the service was excellent with attentive staff, the dining experience left much to be desired. The location was convenient for exploring the town but proximity to a noisy beach restaurant was a downside.
